I’m a crafting gal who’s very lucky to have a great husband, three terrific kids and one very sweet cat. Originally from Southern California, I’ve lived in beautiful British Columbia for over 25 years and raised my family in this lovely corner of the world.

I have been a knitter and crocheter for many long years. My mom taught me to first crochet and then knit many years ago. So it’s been a life-long love of yarn, trying new skills, exploring colour and pushing the boundaries. In recent years I started writing down some ideas and decided to share these patterns with my fellow crafters.

Feeling a need to make some sort of difference in this crazy world, last year I decided that I wanted to expand on the bit of charity knitting I’ve done and donate the proceeds from my pattern sales to an organization who makes a difference, beyond political affiliations. So I chose the hardworking and vitally essential Doctor’s Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières organization.

I’m happy to report that for 2017, I made a donation of $175, and I will continue this for 2018 as well.

I can’t thank everyone enough for buying and knitting my patterns and please know that I appreciate all you knitters and crocheters,
